With a case diameter of 41 millimetres, this model features a stainless steel case, a dune-coloured dial, gold hands and gold appliqués. Particularly noteworthy is the dial, which is crafted using a complex process consisting of 60 individual steps. The exceptional optical depth is achieved by applying 15 layers of clear lacquer, which are precisely polished to a high-gloss finish. The subdials are milled from both the brass blank and the lacquer layer – a special printing process further enhances the three-dimensional effect. Finally, the appliqués are individually mounted on the dial by hand. The Portugieser Chronograph is equipped with the IWC-manufactured calibre 69355, a mechanical chronograph movement designed with an exclusive focus on robustness, reliability and longevity. The watch is fitted with a black alligator leather strap with a stainless steel pin buckle.
