Less is more: The Mark XX reduces the design and technical functionality of a pilot's watch to its purest essence. It is the successor to the legendary Mark XI, a magnetic wristwatch with IWC precision developed in 1948 for the navigators and aviators of the Royal Air Force. This version features a robust, corrosion-resistant stainless steel case with a diameter of 40 millimetres, a green dial and rhodium-plated hands. The high-contrast dial with white numerals and indices, the triangular index at "12 o'clock" and luminescent elements ensure easy readability in any lighting conditions. Precision is guaranteed by the IWC manufacture calibre 32111 with a self-winding system and a 120-hour power reserve. The front glass is specially protected so that it cannot be dislodged from its place, even in the event of a sudden change in pressure. The Mark XX Pilot's Watch is water-resistant to 10 bar and is fitted with a brown calfskin strap with a pin buckle. Thanks to the integrated EasX-CHANGE® system, the strap can be easily replaced without any additional tools.
