The Aquis Small Second Date 45.5 mm features a small seconds hand at 9 o’clock with a Super LumiNova®-coated hand that indicates the watch is running, even in low-light conditions – an essential facet of a diving watch. It is also water-resistant to 50 bar (500 metres), whereas Aquis Date models typically offer 30 bar (300 metres) of water resistance. Otherwise, it has the same reliable features that divers have come to expect from the Aquis Date: a screw-down crown with guard, a unidirectional rotating bezel with a ceramic insert, and a metal bracelet or rubber strap fitted with Oris’ patented extendable safety folding clasp.
